Are there any app/softwares that are cheap and easy to use? 

As an example, if I want to go to the store and purchase a $50,000 watch, I can't just go up to the counter and say, "I own $1,000,000 worth of properties; I'd like to purchase that $50,000 watch please."

So synch your  web site(s) and mobile app created to create an interactive site for investors and then...write articles and blogs as an expert in your area of focus (single-family, multifamily, commercial, etc.) on that landing page which redirects to your involvement on REI web sites. 

Education is key, but, you will find out that a lot is learned and stored in the brain by actually doing things and finding ways of saving time, negotiating, making deals, etc.No need to panic, it will come together and we have all been there.You can do it too, and we are dragging you along with us!
