I apologize for my naivete, but if you transfer a property that has a mortgage to any other entity, can't that trigger the acceleration clause?

*********************************************************Yesterday apparently he sobered up and called to apologize and wanted to meet me at the courthouse to take care of this matter.One hour later his attorney called me and ordered me to cease and desist contact with him.
