I ended up finding a deal locally (with the help of my amazing agent) that I should be closing on later this week. 

Been looking at Multiple commercial real estate properties that can Potentially be amazing deals but the problem is I'm stuck on should I do this alone or try too find someone to partner with on these deals.

There is a market that needs an influx of qualified people, most college kids ought to drop out and learn some trade skills... they'd make far more being a handyman in a lot of cases.I am constantly amazed by how well our school system has managed to brainwash our kids into the belief that there's no money in the trades, or rather that working in an office is the way to go for everyone.

Yes, but what I like about the 100 year old floors are how they seem to wear slightly lighter in the middle and darker on the edges, just real slight, and then the little nicks that appear darker.I have had patches put in where the old floor heaters were and, yes its amazing that they can match them so they do not even show a patch was put there. 

I do have a few properties but I haven't bought anyhting in a several years and I'm amazed at how competitive its all gotten. 

Raleigh’s rents haven’t caught up with the prices, it’s 10x more competitive, prices are crazy and only going to get worse at the moment, but the appreciation is extraordinary so your ROI will be amazing (depending on the deal obviously).
