Lead Generation Software

Hi BP family. I hope everyone is enjoying the Labor Day weekend (or did if you are reading this after Monday). I'm quickly realizing that I'm the type of person who needs a system to follow. I'm a Project Manager and Engineer by training so that's been my life for a very long time. And I'm a strong believer in learning from the pros. And now that it's time to switch from thae engineering world to the REI world full time I want to be sure I do it right. I do have a few properties but I haven't bought anyhting in a several years and I'm amazed at how competitive its all gotten. I've been researching lead generation software but of course each one says they are the best. So I'm hoping the investors from BP can share their thoughts and knowledge. I've read about PropStream, Realepro, REIpro, ConnectedInvestors PiN, and CleverInvestors Deal Automator. I'm looking for an all inclusive platform that has the ability to generate lists, has a website generator that traffic can be driven to, automated emails, text messages and mailings, or at least teach me how to do those, and a CRM. I know, I'm looking for the world. But if I can streamline this up front effort I feel I can be more productive in closing deals and either fixing and flipping or BRRRing. (Is BRRRing a word yet?) So any thoughts on what I've looked at or advice on others I should be researching would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim
