Bryan,The Transcend rail system is hollow, but is designed in a structural way so that it is solid.

You have people that have devoted their whole careers to supporting a system that is designed a certain way...and they vote!

Also, from an aesthetics point of view... lots of room around your refrigerator looks like you have skimped on the fridge and may leave a bad impression on your prospective tenants!

You could enhance the curb appeal by using more contrast on the trim areas (fascia, window trim, door jamb).Some colorful shrubs and other landscape work would also add some interest as well.Changing the door and or painting it.When you do the repair work, I would consider hiring a designer to help you come up with some ideas.
