The reason you aren’t retaining the actual training is because they are not teaching you about flipping deals, they are talking double talk in circles that sounds good, but leads nowhere accept to convince you to purchase their advanced training.    

My wife, Morgan, actually got us started on this financial freedom kick (kudos to her!).  

I'm actually looking for someone who is experienced who would be willing to take me on as an apprentice.

Also, depending on your income and debt, it may be difficult to qualify for your new purchase until you actually have someone on a lease occupying your old home.  

Im 24 with a BA in FinanceI actually have not gotten a job in my field but went into soccer coaching for which is something I'm passionate about, I would just rather do that as a hobby rather than a means to build wealth and depend on it for a living.

It's not rented yet so no harm of paint smell, it's actually already dissipated. 

It is also not a requirement that you actually replace a mortgage pay off with another mortgage.
