I'm okay with it not being positive cashflow immediately but, I am also trying to keep my monthly payments down as much as possible.The main reason I'm moving to NJ is because finding multi family units there is actually affordable to me, rather than NY which is out of reach for me at the moment.

I would rather just hear from people who have quite a few properties what they actually have paid over at the very least 5 years and hopefully hear from people who have actual numbers from owning properties for longer.I'm sure this will benefit everyone who has new properties or people looking for actual numbers.Thanks in advance!

With the private lender, we only had to put 10% of the purchase price down on each property, but were actually still given a very good interest rate.
