Done some research on the area and its seems likes its up and coming with easy transportation access to New York City.

I'm trying to connect with BP members from the Syracuse/ Central New York area.  

I have me RE license and work the retail market but also work with my parents buying flipping homes in York and Lancaster County.

Upkeep of the homes on the street, and one block each way on the street.How burred inside a byzantinian tract of roads is it from the main road.Is there freeway or jet or railroad noise.Do the driveways have good cement in the area, or is it all fractured.Does the neighborhood look like a forest or can you see the houses from the road clearly. 

Prices should correct in the coming year or two, but it's hard with rates so high and prices not adjusting.Thank you for your feedback, I am considering also purchasing my investment property in southern part of PA adams, york, chester, potsville, reading, lancaster because the snow fall is not as heavy in these areas, what is your feedback as far as investing in PA 

I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York but recently moved out to Central NJ.

For a reason such as this one it is far more likely to happen in California or New York.

For those that live in New York (NYC) and invest out of state through an LLC, do you know if there are any additional costs to have an out of state LLC while still living in NYC?

New York, NJersey and Connecticut have lots of very high income people with equally high net worth. 

@Ryan Boyce New York is a tough market but I love it.
