Attend as many REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) meetings in your area as you can.

I'm at the Arizona Mortgage Expo 2018, wanted to connect and network with anyone else that's attending! 

My youngest son spent a semester at Kent State (now a Navy SeaBee), another son graduated from Miami of Ohio, and a nephew is currently attending Ohio State. 

I was born and raised in MD and attended the University of Maryland (go Terps!).  

That's great.You should attend the Brewerytown meetup which takes place first Wednesday of the month. 

Although a few of the major conventions were pushing for that before they would increase Their attendance. 

They have been to the local land lord meeting I attend in Berwyn multiple times, and have provided great free educational content for us.

My plan is to begin attending any TREIA meetings that I can, I hear that’s a good place to start.
