If its not too far west I wouldn't mind stopping in

@James Shen I would recommend looking at the Heights in JC and possibly West Bergen-Lafayette as well at that price point. 

I personally like anything West of I-25, but I have rentals East of it too that do really well.

I am also west in St Charles so happy to connect sometime.  

After reading up on the market, there are clear differences in the North, South, East and West areas of the city. pertaining to population demographics, employers, and construction/development.If anyone has any recommendations on particular neighborhoods to that fit my description that would be helpful.Thank you. 

I have been looking for duplex and triplex’s in and around the Logan Park area and also west loop near the university.

I invest a bit farther south than you in new england, and a bit west of you in upstate new york, but the principles are the principles. 

I would like to open my options to other surrounding suburbs such as west Chester and Jersey but I don’t know anything about those areas which makes it harder.Long Island I’m somewhat familiar since I’m from queens and I frequent Long Island a lot.
