With vehicles there it doesn't really seem like squatters but who knows.  

We have had 2 duplexes and 2 SFRs under residential insurance with specific additional riders to risks for our area.Umbrella PolicyUmbrella policies are the cheapest vehicle for limiting liability I have yet to find.

I've had better ideas..I swear.I am here to learn about investing in general, as there are investment vehicles I am sure I don't even know of at this time, but wholesaling seems to be the most appealing as it would increase my negotiating, direct mail, and networking skills...all of which would help any future real estate investing plans.I look forward to learning from the community and helping others whenever my knowledge allows.

From my reading, a lot of reading, I think I have determined that a SDIRA is not the vehicle I should use.

I should also say that I sold my house and a vehicle during this time which I am told also contributed to the lower FICO score. 

I took my vehicle back and took the loss myself.

While REI is the vehicle i am choosing to get there, it is not just about money for me, for me its about doing what my family did not do, and that is to create generations of wealth and opportunities and ultimately, giving back. i guess long post short, some people just want to leave legacies behind. i know i do.

The special nature of the IRA ownership of the vehicle does not impact in any way the type of account the LLC will establish at a bank or credit union.So, you are just looking for a good bank at which to hold a business checking account.

I've heard of self-directed IRA's being used for real estate, and I'd like to potentially look into utilizing one now or in the future, or some other type of vehicle that allows me to use my funds in a similar fashion.

Many are even licensed but are small businesses so their prices reflect not having offices, a fleet of vehicles, employees, etc.
