I am not rich by any means, but can afford to do it this way.

I switched over the sales side after I saw all the changes taking place and how it was going to be harder to make a living as an appraiser.I found out about Bigger Pockets after hearing Joshua Dorkin with Jonathan Rivera on the 'Making Agents Rich' podcast.
