At this point i purchased a home back in 2017 little bit about the house it’s a 3/2 1200sf single family home in San Antonio Texas purchased at 155k with a mortgage of 1125 a month and thats not factoring what the new rental insurance will be.

Four barred  walls ,a cot ,and a toilet .... and a giant hairy guy named bubba to keep him company on those lonely nights WEll if he were to end up in San Quentin with a nice view of the SF BAy  accomdations are  4X 10  for two..

I will be moving back to San Antonio in September and I'm looking to invest in properties that I can flip and hold.

I'd love to meet STR operators in Joshua Tree / Yucca Valley / Twentynine Palms area (I own 2 there), San Diego (2 here) or the 3 top areas I'm interested in: Gaitersburg, TN, Pompano Beach, FL or Palm Springs, CA. 

We just completed a San Gabriel Valley restaurant built-out and are just about to open.

I looked around there when I drove through there (and lived for a short time in San Antonio) and I saw some Properties that seemed almost impossibly low cost for their size and needed some cosmetic work.

Do you think San Antonio is flooded with wholesalers?
