What websites are useful to research demographics and economy

Hello BP Community! Ana here, Pro Member since 2017, it is a privilege to be a part of this awesome community.One quick question:

I am looking to invest in a small multi unit (between 5-20units) in either Riverside or San Bernardino Counties CA. What are some useful websites to research economy and demographics of a city within these counties? So far I have found datausa.io and news articles from California Policy center. Any other good resources, websites I can go to?

Thank you!

    @Ana Gosh

    https://www.zillow.com/research/data/

    There is also city-data.com but they tend to be a few years behind.
