I'm going to give the real address and real everything because I generally need some help because this could be a big break for me and my real estate investing career. the address of the property is 509 blades Avenue New Bern, North Carolina The purchase price is $15,000 and change Estimated rehab cost $25,000 and this is me doing it myself resale value $130.000 Closing date February 9th extended to 26th resale date July at the latest We find a house we make an offer it gets intercepted. three weeks ago the county approached us with a document that is basically a court document that says the previous owner has a considerable amount of fines associated with the house due to the fact that it is dilapidated and he didn't fix it in the time allotted. they want us to take on the responsibility for those fines with a new time frame(in 2020) for getting it done and theoretically, those fines will be waived.
