If it works so well, why not share a high level version of it?

If I saw that they were simply eliminating deferred maintenance and providing a cleaner version of what I was providing...it might be worth making a few adjustments.  

I was just curious if anyone has feed back on the 2 different paid versions of Rent-o-Meter (which one you selected and why).

It's our own version of liking something on Facebook provided you're familiar with that.

I did a mini version of a BRRRR on the property right after I bought it and it was a decent deal, but I don't think a refi would get all my cash out.

Core has Fastweb, I cant remember what SiteX calls their free version.

What has led to you believe that their data is significantly skewed and was it the paid version you have worked with in the past?
