Everything went well until the last day when refrigerator was installed with incorrect water line.....it flooded the below unit and I had to move the lower unit to the above unit.

I noticed there's plenty of illegal units around, and owners DO NOT install mailboxes, but have mail slots on the door, and have tenants sort out the mail themselves.

I recently installed a pool in my backyard and am fortunate that the yard backs up to a wooded area and a creek, so I don't have to worry about privacy issues at the rear of my property (fencing is not allowed in our subdivision).On the other side of the creek is a vacant lot which has been for sale for years.

House hacking was a good way to start for me.Job wise, I would think that anything related to real estate, contracting, hands-on-building, property management, even something like a floor covering installer, all would be helpful in the short run.

Paint the fascia, install shutters, install a black porch light over the garage door, build a small retaining wall to left of the front porch for landscaping, paint the vent over the front porch, replace the wood balusters on the porch to black aluminum....anything to give it some contrast and break up the white.
