Not sure how many tenants there are but if your buying it cheap enough then you may just do a proforma based on the financial health of the tenants.

Most of our renters are professional people either looking to save money, stay flexible or recover from divorces, job losses or health issues.

As Bill mentions there is a good chance the state requires perfection of the contract, so it will need to be public record thus anyone can see it.

hi everyone,i found a what seems to be good deal property.the property resides in Franklin, OH county.i tried to search for public records for it through the county website but i got only the parcel ID without any info on it.what that means?
