You should be able to pull a HELOC on your personal residence and not even use that much of it with all that equity you have.

I understand I have should have put the deed in my personal name instead so I could pull the permits myself even though I’m the President of the corporation.

Anecdotally I can see 8 vacation rentals from my personal residence and across the eight they have been booked less than 20 days since 1/1.   

I'm a newbie but I'm a fast learner and I believe I'm a pretty competent person in general.

Would a 203k loan work in this situation or do I have to apply for a personal loan? 

Some times you have this one person needs it and they sign a lease and the property is filled.
