Hello Bigger Pockets: I am in Chandler, AZ and I've started looking at Medical Condos as a potential investment.

I bought a duplex from a man who had some medical problems and he didn't want his wife to have to deal with it if he passed away.

There is an area of Scranton bounded by the University, the Medical Center and the Park.

Huge job growth with extremely stable economy (government and university largest employers) with medical sector about to explode here and of course tech is booming as well.  11th largest city in the nation and predicted to double in size within 20 years. 

I'm in my mid-20s, I live in NYC and currently work as a property manager for a medical institution that is continuously expanding their real estate portfolio consisting of luxury high rise apartments.

I have a doctor between me and my medical issues, I don't see a commercial and then ask my doctor about that drug.

Fantasy, Sci-fi, REI related, medical journals, and self-improvement books.  

I found BP about 21 months ago while medically recovering.  

Starting out in a new career in an area where there weren’t many jobs in that field resulted in low pay but at least it was experience.Unfortunately while working on the house I got hurt and had to have surgery and also my wife had some medical issues that resulted in a pile of medical bills that all wanted paid right away.

The person stated they wished to sell the home due to mothers medical bills.
