@BiggerPockets - any chance a mobile phone app is in the works?

There is an auto app like Airbnb, it is called Turo.

The software is literally just an app on your phone, which stitches together 360 images into 3D renderings of houses or retail spaces.

Their user friendly app and messaging service is my main interface with our STR.What they can't do well is support our ground services.

I have vetted the company and have put in a few apps. if you want to take advantage of the time.

Would anyone benefit from a marketplace of contractors and repairmen integrated to their property management app/website?

We are looking for a maintenance app that will allow us to upload and track maintenance done at each unit as well as set up future reminders such as when to change the air filters, etc.

What are your tips, trick and/or apps when you are doing a quick construction/ re-hab estimate?

I would suggest getting on the meet up app as well.
