It is an equity loan rather than a cash loan and there is no deficiency judgment after any foreclosure, which is about the only difference than a cash loan.

Well in rentals I would consider painting the paneling but I am going to try to be flipping the properties so it needs to go I am with @Rob K about wallpaper.
