The thing I see the most on here is formulas and calculations from first-time investors who don't have the experience so they use a canned formula from the internet that won't apply the correct numbers in their area.

It turns out that we're cheaper than big giant internet marketing efforts to achieve the same result, enabling us to deliver a lower rate to our clients than if client calls 1-800-lender directly.

This is why it's important to check with your tax professional and not the internet sometimes. 

I looked on the internet at a couple contracts, combined them and made one myself.

They hack into our internet services, the routers, cell phones, reroute the emails, texts, messages and phone calls to their server to gain personal financial information by intercepting financial transactions!

It looks like I can only get them new on the internet and they run about $700 total.

Making money in this business is not rocket science, but it certainly is not easy and it certainly will not just fall in your lap after viewing some properties on the Internet expecting to be a middle man.

Interesting word choice....Corporate cogs are the ones who make your smartphone/tablet/laptop and internet access possible.
