I'm coming back with an update (a little shift in perspective from my first post) and also some tips/advice.I initially came to BP with the a goal of buying and holding MF units in the VA Beach and Newport News areas.

So i have been hearing alot of doom's day talk  from friends and news outlet that we are in another bubble due to the low interest rate set by the FEDs.  

If you're just finding this out only recently you need to find other news sources outside of the NY Times.

It will almost certainly be through the MLS or a public auction website....but it could possibly meet the minimum requirements.of being posted in the local news paper advertising am on site auction.

The good news is, it's a zoned 3 family in a nice neighborhood.

It has already started in anticipation of what Trump is going to do to deregulate the finance industry but good news is if Trump relaxes the regulations on the finance industry then loans hopefully will not take so long to close.
