Liens on abandoned property frequently remain uncollected.By the time a property is abandoned, liens are often already close to the age at which they become unenforceable.This is a labor intensive plan.I believe it will work in the current economic environment, but it is even better suited to a (coming?)

When it comes to the comparison of manufactured homes and site-built homes, they both use the same building materials in the construction phases and the cost is lower, the difference is that the manufactured home is built in a controlled factory environement where quality of construction is invariably superior to what can be done outdoors.
