I would rather get the hard cold truth than encouragement that goes nowhere.

There are one or two that have 'unique' listings, but often are not in my area.My questions are based around that many of the people I interact with don't trust the wholesalers (many are well known and have been around for a long time).

Set up a keyword alert for your area and interact with the other people in your area as much as possible.

I probably shouldn't have taken this long to introduce myself, but felt some amount of self study was required to appropriately interact with the many knowledgable people here. 

The goal for myself here is to start interacting and networking so I can educate myself more in the business of real estate.

Usually the asset will be held in the name of someone in the family with verifiable income.As far as morality, while I personally don't agree with this use of student loans and wouldn't encourage it in any of my friends, it's certainly a better use of student loan funds than pizza and beer.
