After assembling an incredible team to help individuals with this product, it is very rewarding to be able to contribute to his space and help future homeowners seeking to take advantage of this renovaiton product, you want to make sure they have a fighting chance at a good and positive experience. 

REO is not really my specialty so I may be overly cautious here but the risk vs reward here seems a bit out of place...that is just my gut feeling.  

Real Estate can be tricky but quite rewarding once you have established yourself.I know Markwest is a big oil company in PA and they have alot of work done in PA.

If you have a way to get into appraising, it can be very rewarding because you can set your own schedule (hint: if you want to make more than 60K, plan on having a very full schedule).

I accept risk in everything I do, I look for low risk - hi reward situations "when I can".

Yes, REI is work...but it is rewarding and at the end of the day it's nice to be able to do something for a living that helps people, betters communities, etc. =) @Charles Morgan Thank you for your advice.
