Are spec builds being done in rural communities?
I'd be interested to hear if spec builds are a thing in the smaller rural communities with <1000 population. The reason I ask is there is a 3/1 for sale but on two lots. I look at that as a possible spec build on the second site that is empty - but is it worth the materials and labor to be moved out that far?
