The NAR settlement is not even yet approved so I would not be making any decisions based on a potential settlement that could be amended.

As a property manager based in Atlanta, I'm would love the chance to present off-market properties to my existing owners. 

It's a legit option for those who don't have the capital to get into the game on their own.

@Rebecca ReadusA couple thoughts:-- When working with house-hacking clients, I set up searches for listings with the words "walk-out" and any derivation of those words in the listing.

There are 'out' clauses in a run-of-the-mill PSA so that is nothing new ... glad to get encouraging words.
