From what I read, it does sound like Franklinton is growing a bit more quickly that OTE but I honestly don't spend much time in there to have a feel for it.. we tend to focus on the southeast part of the city since it's close to home.

Space savings, does not have to run as much to keep water hot while not in use, so there is some gas / electric savings and they tend to last a little longer than hot water heaters. they are a little more in cost to install. i do not have any in my rental properties but have one in my personal home and i like them. make sure it is sized for the amount of bathrooms and kitchen it is feeding. mine feeds 3 bathrooms and a kitchen and does just fine - brand is Takagi.

The issue with carpet cleaners you buy is that they just don't heat (or keep) the water hot enough and (as pointed out) drying time seems to be much longer.If you find a local carpet cleaner service (as opposed to one of those national companies) they tend to be less expensive.
