Real Estate Agent and Investor in Boston

Hello, I'm a real estate agent and investor in Boston, MA and the surrounding towns, i.e. the greater Boston area. (I have been considering venturing further away from the city in my investments, but have not done so yet.) I own multifamily houses in Somerville and Arlington. I also have experience with a vacation rental in Brazil (outside of Recife).

I'm also an investment analyst and have earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter. My analytical experience extends beyond real estate to stocks, bonds, and other investments.

My spreadsheet modeling of potential real estate investments tends to be pretty detailed. I tend to take an approach to investing that blends quantitative and qualitative analysis.

I enjoy evaluating potential investments and helping others to do the same. I also enjoy thinking about creative approaches to financing, renovation projects, and other strategies.

Some of my real estate is owned in partnerships, and I believe that there are times when partnerships can be mutually beneficial.

Feel free to reach out.

Dan
