Yep, we have some of our folks handle inbound calls as well, needs to be a large amount if you want to make it worth it. 

California is known to be small. we have a group we work with who does land entitlement with us in columbus and they do it in 8 markets and the fastest is here. not because it's columbus but because we explore this strategy to fast track development deals through rezoning and highest and best use entitlement
