You might want to do a weekly video progress update.  

It has been producing a nice stream of interest but I am finding myself wishing I had the cash up front. 

Back in 2017 I decided a few things, one being that I didn't like the idea of my income being dependant on a company who could decide overnight that they don't need my services any more and also when I am able to retire I don't want to have to plan out how to live the rest of my life based off of a finite sum of cash that is sitting in a bank account, I'd rather set up steady streams of income.

In the time after purchasing the first TURN-KEY duplex, I used YouTube videos (like this one) and other on-line resources to learn how to re-key locks. 

Unfortunately the integration with Sonos has been inconsistent at best and it occurred to me that there could be a higher benefit to leveraging a couple of the Echo Dots with alarm clocks in guests’ bedrooms for voice-activated alarms, quick weather/news checks, and streaming music. 

:)-I have 100's of screen recordings with golden pieces of advice that I'm plan to to organize at some point in the near future-I send all of my friends, loved ones, or anyone in need, these video recordings.
