It was initially supposed to be a buy and hold (rental) but after going over the rehab estimate due to some extremely unfortunate and unforeseen issues, it will be a straight flip.The beginning of this journey definitely hasn't been all fun and games though.

I'm new in the game.

I never signed the lease because it was never move in ready, none of the things were taken care of, and I immediately caught on to the games.

I have watched videos on youtube, talked with realtors and read whatever I can get my hands on.  

How long could you stay in the game if you repeated this again?  

How do you plmake money in this game?

I do require money down so they have "skin in the game".

I assembled land for big commercial developers so I know this game pretty good.

You will gain a TON of knowledge and who knows - maybe you'll even find a partner or two.Knowing that there is a resource available to me that offers advice on pretty much any REI question has been a huge benefit to me and my business.Investing in multifamily properties by using as little of my own money as possible is my game.
