Properly set up, you can easily generate a variety of financial reports, rent rolls, etc. and process all payables and receivables in an efficient an orderly manner.Usually you should be able to "lock" your transactions at the end of each month, permanently preventing any changes to prior periods once you close them.

Maybe not relevant advice based on your ideals but all I’m saying if feeling stuck and if buying a house is an option and your on a career path where you could do it again and again in your 20’s, then I would STRONGLY recommend it to you simply pull a trigger.

The video to buy the product showed that FLIPSTER came with everything he advertised for $97 which is too many to go into on this thread - But when I bought it for $97 as advertised in the video those features were locked out unless I paid the $297 a month which was misleading and that is the issue!

Hi @Alejandro B.My 4th unit is basically new construction -- it's a converted garage that became attached to the main structure during construction.I had to add fire alarms and sprinklers to the new construction 4th unit, but did not have to fully sprinkler the existing units because I did not touch them.A big renovation to convert an existing 3-family to a 4-family very well might trigger the need for a full building sprinkler system.

If she's only paid a deposit, and you claim Abandonment, you can repossess and change the locks without a court order.
