Now, apparently after some improvements, the building with the parking garage has been deemed structurally sound and safe to occupy (based on an engineering report and formal subsequent notice from the HOA). 

Nothing the lender can do to trigger a due on sale clause based on a divorce decree.

Rent increases were hot right after the pandemic and they've cooled down slightly but I feel they are still strong relative to the increase in price for the properties.

. - I would suggest posting here on biggerpocket in the classifeds section, on real estate Facebook groups, and find some local agents/wholesalers.Make the downpayment and interest whatever you want based on your current needs. 

Obviously these are just projections based on a data-aggregation service, so take them with a grain of salt and verify them with more research, but hopefully it helps a little!
