In the last couple of years, I've read quite a few books and done research that leads me to believe that asset diversification and annual portfolo rebalancing are keys to a stable way of growing significant wealth over time without extra stress or using excess energy.I have some SDIRA invested in non-performing and reperforming notes but I don't like it that I accumulate small chunks of cash that I can't reinvest right away.

Also, The properties I'm targeting I've spent the time upfront cross checking town / state tax records to further cement the fact that these are the right properties to target ( behind on taxes, water and sewer liens etc. ) clearly, these people are financially stressed.

I think what you're really trying to find out is which markets have strong economic fundamentals for hands-free appreciation as opposed to forced appreciation through renovations.Also, I would throw some hot button keywords in to gain more attention, such as: broker, Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, San Francisco, Philadelphia etc.

Click the "More" button in the "Features" section of the listing and you'll see rent per unit (note the "More" button hasn't been working in Chrome for me for about a month, but works fine in IE or Firefox).Not all sites pull that data from the MLS and a lot of MLS feeds don't send that across so you'll have to get it from an agent, but realtor.com usually has them in Colorado.
