A tenant who has a million questions, and nit picks here and there and is very snippy during the showing is going to be that tenant that calls at 11:30pm because the toilet is clogged and they want you to unclog it.

I only have properties in south city, but the big things that I have seen most inspectors look at are:Smoke detectors-location and workingCO2 detectors-location and workingHouse numbers on the front and backThat there is hot water, the sinks do not leak and the toilet flushesHandrails are where they are supposed to be and solidOther than that, they might hit some random things but I think if the property looks nice and they get a good feeling about a property, they give you the benefit of the doubt.

I am also scared that somewhere in the slab (although no indication of that) and also in the shower and toilet (again no indication of that, water flushes smoothly to the sceptic and no funny smells outside) the plumbing is bad.
