What do you specialize in?

I specialize in Student Housing and own a couple of houses near a local university.I came to this site (and others) to find some information on best practices for my niche as well as try and find some information on different RE opportunities.

I was anticipating that when banks have foreclosures, they would seek out Realtors with REO experience or perhaps a realtor specializing in REOs.

I spoke today to a realtor that specializes in luxery homes in prestigious neighborhoods as well as specializing in condos.

I think if your prepared for wholesaling I think it's a great time!
