My property management has been good about day-to-day items like appliances and turn overs, but poor at comprehensive solve like exterior leaks and only one individual has been good at communicating with tenants.

If that’s the question, everyone knows blue states are great for flipping and not renting.Tenant laws are terrible here and don’t favor the landlord.

I offered subto/seller finance, with a down payment to take care of ex-wife's equity, and a balloon payment 3-5 years. my question is if i use a TREC contract, would and list the details of the transaction, is there anything else i need to do as far as paperwork besides the contract?
