This super cute house has new roof, new plumbing, electrical system, interior/exterior painted, double pane windows, ceiling fans throughout, new doors, new kitchen cabinets, new light fixtures, wood floors, granite kitchen countertops, new stove, exhaust and back splash.

part of my question is from https://www.themoneycommando.c...2- I have read in the Rental Property Investing book by Brandon Turner that during the Due Diligence of a property the buyer should be checking for Seller Disclosures, Seller Tax returns, asbestos, lead-based paint, plumbing issues etc..

I currently also own 1 SFH already that I rent out.Recent comps in the subdivision show them selling for 230k-235k, and not to be naïve, those were updated (flooring, kitchen, bathroom, paint) compared to this one I have.
