Not to be snide but that's a little like asking what it costs to overhaul a truck without knowing what the "truck" is (S-10 chevy or Mac) or what's wrong with it (paint job or new engine and trany).

Holes in Floor(sigh). some of electrical wiring has been ripped out of the wall, ETC.Maybe i can get them to lower the price,idk if they will.

I rip out every oil tank in any property I purchase.

The better you can paint the picture of what you are looking for, the more involved the person you are talking to will get.

How would you feel if the neighbors painted their house bright purple and put on a red roof?

We had our door broken into a few weeks ago and it costs about $175 to fix the door frame, paint, caulk, door guards and add 3" screws into the frame for the deadbolt strike plate and latch plate.We use this (StrikeMaster II Pro) on our own homes and will consider using this on future properties.

Does anyone have a basic cost comparison about wheter to side or paint...what kind of prices are you getting on each?
