Preferably one that advertises as a specialist in that area and that has good reviews from Landlords and bad reviews from tenants.

Yet I have 1500 glowing 5 star reviews and it's because I turn away the trouble guest. 

If not, just go for the most qualified ones you can find (licensed, bonded, insured) and highly recommended by either friends, family, or online review sites.
