I think it's in the $250K-$300K range for a single person.

Properties typically go for 1600 in that range.

Median home price in all four counties in the mid-to-high 20% range.

From piece meaning it to a one shop crew it ranged from $25k-102K.

For example, in the Smokies, I recall a period in the 2009-2011 range that I couldn’t rent my cabins for practically any price.  

So far they have been working great for 5 and 3 years respectively.
