Rentometer tends to be all over the map up here and is very reliable in some areas and not so much in others. if you have any questions on the local market rents for a given area I'd be happy to help also. 

Bottom line, doesn't really matter as long as you keep sending *something*.If you have a reliable phone number and time to spend, I'd call before sending anything.
