Hello everyone, newbie here. I’m a 28 year old looking to get started in investing. I’m located in the MD area and interested in buy and holding. I’ve been researching the BURRR method and think that’s going to be my initial approach. For my first deal I’ll be looking into taking a hard money loan with 10,000 of my own cash. I have a reliable contractor I trust. Looking for and advise anyone is willing to give. I’d love if any investors in MD are will to talk.
