And I feel Pawtucket always benefits from being closest to Boston and having a good mix of rental units and regular owner occupied properties (it varies by neighborhood of course).As far as "inside information", I'm not sure there's a lot of that to go around, especially these days where every week brings new economic developments and we're still seeing how things are going to shake out, how long this will last and what the effects will be (short and long term).

The remaining bills, like landscapers, not on a regular schedule, is processed the same day, via online banking where my bank issues an electronic check, and I could even do it via an iPhone.Tenants pay the rent electronically as well, through a service called ClearNow.

Things that affect this; car payments, credit card payments (which is why you keep them low, so you can pay them off before applying for a home loan), store-financed anything, etc.All that being said, sometimes the best option is to save as much as you can now while you are building these other areas.
