I guess to understand fully, what type of tax returns were filed and what does the deed actually read in terms of ownership.

Hey there so I am a 22year old looking to eventually dive into the real estate industry, with so many different types of real estate investments opportunities out there from single family, to duplexes, apartment buildings, ect. i just want to get some feedback and advice before i jump in the industry, so what type of property was your first property that you obtained?

I kept reading through the book saying to myself, "guilty....guilty," as I saw the flaws in the current systems or lack thereof, we had in  place.  

I'm new to the game and have spent the last year or so learning as much as I can through BP and other reading materials.

I saw two mentions of this product on the forums and was looking for more feedback. 

Hi @Vishal Patel, since I just started to learn about real estate I too felt weird at first of the "subject to" but after reading up on it, it could make perfect sense for the seller in a tough position as most seller are not trying to ruing their credit.
