@Dallin Watson For many investors keeping the W-2. job helps them to continue to be able to qualify for loans even after they have replaced their actual cost of living income with their real estate income.

Looking for a contractor who can replace siding with traditional wood look. 

They are also looking for a replacement roomate but having a hard time finding someone to meet criteria on credit and no previous evictions.
