Professional landlords like yourself with substantial portfolio that are local.. are just another business. and successful one.. same equity owning a car dealership.. or a handful of Mickey Ds all make the same kind of revenue.. its just one way to make money in America..

All I can say is I watched all their intro videos, read their book "The Turnkey Revolution" which was great and had several calls with one of their on boarding people and they are very professional.

I guess I was just wondering what kinds of questions you folks are willing to answer if any from third party people such as out of state investors, appraisers, etc.

Go to a lawyer and find out what a landlord's liability is to third parties should a known, repeat, sex offender tenant commit another offense on the landlord's property.

Conventional methods haven't worked and so I brought in a professional.

Like I said, it's our side hustle (we both have full time professional jobs and a houseful of kids), but we do the management ourselves.
