In need of getting a video produced.

Cons: bedroom is very small (will fit a queen bed, but not a king), no dishwasher or laundry.I never had trouble renting it (it really was a cute place) but putting the negatives in the ad helped cut down on useless showings.

And finding a broker to sponsor, some have performance quotas and can release u if you dont produce. 

I enjoyed being a landlord (most of the time) and wanted to buy more rentals but by 2012 I had trouble finding more good rental investments in my area.  

If you were in my shoes, and you wanted real estate to be the bulk of the income producer for you, what would you do?  

Now you are looking to see how to get this money out of these trouble makers?

Sometimes several dwellings have one meter.This is why I suggested the owner, if he wants to do the right thing, should get all his own facts.........On it's face, the way described, if the contractor did use the neighbor independent water - that neighbor should not pay for the extra costs.A fact finding mission, including where lines are and what meters gauge what is the crux of the case and could produce unknown facts.

Generally you can get updates on these from the company which produced the O&E for a reasonable fee. 

You should still see an attorney, let's also say when folks think too much they usually get in trouble. :)
